Condom stuck😣

So yesterday the condom broke and was all scrunched up at the bottom of his dick (there was a hole at the top and it just slid down), however i was feeling a lot of pain and more soreness than usual. Earlier today i felt something down there and so i went to the bathroom and when i cleaned up the top of the condom came out so the top of the condom ripped off and was stuck since yesterday😭, has this happened to anyone else???
