I'm telling my super strict parents I'm prego!

I'm sooooo nervous! They hate that I'm living with my boyfriend in general. We aren't married yet. And they hate him because he's not a Christian.. We will be going out to dinner with them tomorrow and I'm sooo nervous. How should I tell them? What should I do! My mom will FLIP! :/
