Severe hip pain?

Has anybody has their hip feel like it pulled outta the socket... And just intensely painful? Not sure what's going on... Praying it goes away🙏😳

I get that slot hubby holds my leg up and massages my hip and thigh ....it really helps

Yea. I try the butterfly stretch that I remember doing in gym class as a little kid. It helps. I also lay back and cross one leg over the knee, and pull back on that leg. Helps stretch it out. Sleep with a pillow between your legs too.
