Kinda embarrassing but...
Ok my nipples it's can be both or just one but the little bumps on the nipple is swollen just a few not all and when I pinch them a little bit of white liquid comes out. I am ovulating does that have anything to do with it?
I pinch them because they are swollen to see what's wrong and then that came out I bearly touch my boobs so that's not it
