Firefighter wives/husbands/significant others...I need your input.  I have been asked to write a little insider book for new fire spouses/significant others by my husband (he's the deputy chief of our local fire department).  I would love to hear your opinions, advice, and just personal stories for wives/husbands/significant others new to our world of fire fighting. What life is like, what to expect. Share your struggles and your happiness. Good times, bad times, your worries, your frustration, your pride.
