Braxton or Real???

Hey Pregant Peeps!!

So all day yesterday my belly kept tightening and was really hard... Would only stop when I was laying down. It was so uncomfortable and happening every hour.... At times I couldn't breath so uncomfortable.... I have felt the baby move like crazy so I know baby is good and more active than ever... I'm just a little paranoid..... Anyone else go through this? 20w4d currently

It's BH, but shouldn't be that bad at 20 weeks. I would call your doctor and see what they say. In the meantime, prop up your feet and drink lots of water

It's Braxton hicks, I'm 20 weeks baby no4. I always notice I get them when I haven't drunk enough water so I ensure I drink plenty of fluids.

You need to up your water intake and when they start you need to lay down for a bit...

It's just braxton hicks. Its annoying but your body is preparing for birth. I get those same feelings. I just work thru it and stay active so they won't happen as often.
