Rash! (Picture)

My sons 2 week's and while changing his diaper I noticed little red bumps on his belly, back, thighs, and neck. Anyone have any ideas what this could be? If it's still there tomorrow I'm gonna call his doctor but I just wanna see if anyone knows what it could be.. Thanks.
