Hello. Well I've been having cramps on both sides of my ovaries and I don't understand what it could be.. I haven't had my period in 90 days and last I checked it was a bfn.. I've been taking vitamins for the last 2-3 weeks to help my hormones and hopefully make my body healthier just in case. Would you think it's ovulation pain (even though I'm feeling cramping on both sides), pregnancy pains, or af pains?
