What to get for someone who has everything?

My hubby pretty much has everything he ever wanted now. We live in a huge ass house he has some niice cars, he's living his dream and his dream job he has me and our children but he has stomach cancer and 3 weeks before fathers day he will have his surgery and will obviously be pretty done after it for quite a while, so I've been thinking about what to get him for fathers day.
I thought materalistic stuff like another car or idk a watch are just basic and I would like to give/buy/make him something nice and personal with our kids, the oldest is 5 the other one is 7 months old, I wanted to include our boy in Germany we're adopting (he's 4) so does anyone have any ideas?

Make him a memories box.Maybe try to put together a scrapbook album and track down little things from special dates or places you two have shared in.Since you have little ones do some type of homemade card and gift from each of your kids-maybe a clay handprint or something and put that in.Get his mom involved a d ask her what his fave candies movies and games he had growing up and put that in there. I think something like that would be special to him

I've never been "materialistic" something personal is always better. A picture frame of the whole family to remind him who's on his side! (Fighting this battle with him) and a "coupon" of once he's healed a nice family get away. Or a just you two get away vaca

I would say just quality time, perhaps?? A day full of birthday cake and prayers, perhaps? Stomach cancer is serious, and I would just be thinking about the fun we could have with our family. That's just me though. Family time never goes out of style...
