Advice please!

So I have been taking at home pregnancy tests for about a week (blood test tomorrow). They started very faint and then got darker but they aren't consistently darker. Like yesterday morning was definitely darker than this morning but yet this morning's was darker than two days ago. Is it normal for the line to fluctuate in darkness even though I'm using fmu?
