Today I have been experiencing something I never have before my face and neck feel like they are on fire it lasts a few minutes then goes away every so often my I have rosy red spots on my face when that happens also my lips have been pretty dry....does anyone have a clue what's going on...my af is due in 3 days if this is a AF symptom I never had it before...please can someone help it is really starting to scare me!! Thank you
