What could this be?????

TMI...... So yesterday I had slight cramps on the right side of my abdomen and when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was this little pink I'm guessing blood on the tissue that was it for yesterday, but this morning when I woke up the light cramps were back and so was the spotting but only on the tissue. I put on a panty liner but when I checked nothing was there it's only on the tissue. Has anyone experienced this before??????
