I do! People say lemon juice helps but I don't know, I haven't tried it.

It's because of the hair follicles. They cast a "shadow" much like men's beards and the "5'o'clock shadow." It's just that the hair is darker there. You can try bleaching it or I've heard lemon juice helps too...also the deodorant you use has an effect on it.
