7 mths postpartum and just found out I'm 6 weeks, 6 days pregnant!

I am feeling so many emotions, excited, scared, nervous, etc. My first son, now 6 years old was a 26 weeker preemie. My second son was unexpected but I had to have an emergency C-section. I'm scared I will have to have another C-section. I'm worried I will be stressed caring mostly for soon to be 1 year old and a newborn, not having time for my 6 year old. How will I be attentive to all three?
