Faking Orgasms

So I'm pretty sure I have never had an orgasm. Everyone says, "you'll know for sure when you've had one" and I don't think I have. My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for a year and a half now and I feel like I've gotten close but I never actually have one. I fake them all the time to make my boyfriend feel good. And I know if I was honest with him, he'd try everything to get me to orgasm. I just feel like sex if like a back scratch where it feels so good just the way it is. Anyway, I think my boyfriend is catching onto me. I think he is starting to think that I'm faking my orgasms, which I am. I'm not one to masturbate (just don't like doing it) so that isn't an option I'd like to take. We do a lot of different positions, oral, and rubs my clit while having intercourse and nothing seems to do it. I'm pretty satisfied with my sex life, I just feel bad that I fake my orgasms...maybe one day it'll be real.
