Should I get a divorce???

Ok so we know each other since we were 15 yrs old he was my first love and I was his he had to leave to mexico a yr later and in September of 2015 I went to Mexico to get married to him so we could finally be together after 7 yrs.... And we did get married everything was great till i came back to usa he changed so much.... He started treating me bad and it got worse when I found out i was pregnant... He turns of his phones theres days idk anything of him i checked his facebook and hes talking to another girl ugh idk what to do he dosent really send the documents he needs to he can get the appt for him to get his visa??? What do i do he even got my name tattooed on his arm?? Im due in a few weeks and he dosent even ask for his son
