Recommendations for newborn sunscreen?

I am having my first child in May?? I am planning on spending sometime at the beach. Now I am not planning on having my child be in direct sun light she/he will be covered appropriately. Is there anything that I can apply to baby's skin for extra protection under 3 months?

No sunscreen until over 6 mo. For the mean time use a baby tent, receiving blankets, hats, and full bathing suit outfits :)

My husband is a dermatologist, it's not recommended to put anything on them (aside from the obvious moisturizer) under 6months of age

There isn't anything you can apply. We did full coverage bath suits with SPF and hats. They have really cute ones online.
