Unsuccessful sex when it's hot

My SO and I have no problems what so ever with the getting it on, but when it's hot where we are (like over 24-25 degrees Celsius) he'll sometimes lose his boner because he feels like he is overheating. Even with the air conditioner if he feels too hot we have to stop and take like a cool off break for a few minutes. It never happens in the winter, and it gets ridiculous how often it happens during the summer. Does this happen to any of you?? Do you have any tricks besides having sex practically  on the air conditioner?? With the summer we are supposed to have (extra hot) I'm a little worried how it'll affect our sex life (last summer was not too bad).
