Ttc after miscarriage in January and stillbirth in sept

I have a son who is turning 6 next month and we have been through both the miscarriage and stillbirth this year. I have had one cycle since delivering my daughter and the doctor told us to wait two cycles before ttc but we forgot a condom once or twice this month. I think I ovulated this past week and now I have cramps and tender breasts. My next cycle should start between thanksgiving and Dec 6th. Any advice if I could be pregnant or if this is too soon? I am just so worried.. we would love to have a baby as soon as possible but don't want to rush it and have another not make it.
