Can I still ovulate from left overy?

I had surgery to remove my ectopic pregnancy and it also resulted in removal of my left tube. Ever since, I've been having ovulation cramps (sharp pains that come and go) on my left side that I have never had before. Am I just ovulating only on my left side? I am on my 3rd ovulation mark and it's been on my left side every time. Can I still get pregnant if my tube is missing and I am in fact just ovulating on my left side. That overy btw is way bigger than my right, if that helps any.
