It's safe?

It's safe AND a good alternative to being induced. Having nice good  sex around ur due date will help you go into labor. .and that's so much better than being induced via pitocin. MOST OF THE TIME. ..being induced via pitocin has the same results: ur contractions become soooo painful that u will be begging for drugs..so now they give u the epidural...because they give the epidural, the pitocin will not work as well as it should,  so now they give u MORE pitocin..and of course now they tell u the baby's heartbeat is dropping BECAUSE of the pitocin, epidural and the violent contractions... and that the baby's life is in danger. ..so it must come out NOW.  and "now" means via C-section..
So! ! All that could have been avoided,  if ur left to go into natural active labor at ur own pace- especially if ur not over ur due date...
Anyway! ! Sorry, went on A tangent...
YES- sex is safe and quite recommend as a natural labor inducing method. .

Yes, I've heard that semen can cause your cervix to thin though (if he finishes inside you) which may or may not cause you to go into labor sooner. I'm not sure if it makes a huge difference in the time you'll go into labor or not to be honest. Try googling it 😊
