Opinions ! Please

I was put on tri sprentic for 3 months because I was not ovulating I'm almost done with the second month and my boobs are killing me. I went to my doctor not my gyno but regular doc.  She checked me for infection and I don't have it. She is pretty positive I'm preganant seeing as I'm lactating! She took blood and pee, the pee test came back negative but she is still positive I'm pregnant. We won't get blood work till Monday ! And the wait
