Help? Really worried!

Question

Just some background I have had two miscarriages previously. And today I am 13 weeks! I just traveled 16 hours to my new home but ever since I got to my new house and kinda started unpacking (not lifting anything heavy just moving around a lot) I'm paranoid about the baby. I'm having really bad side pain in the middle night when I get up and go to the bathroom, any ideas why that could be?  Also I got a fetal Doppler and I can't find the heart beat, I'm really worried can anyone put my mind at ease?

I've had a missed misscarriage and recently become pregnant again. When i was around 12 weeks we were doing construction on the house and there was a Saturday that i literally didnt sit down.  I started to cramp later that night and for sure thought i was going to miscarry again.  I am now 25 weeks so it could be that we just over exterted ourselves. Also -those fetal dopplers are terrible and can cause uneccesary worry as they arent sensitive enough to always pick up a heartbeat.

In my experience that can be a sign of a yeast infection. I'd go to the ER or call the doctor

When I was 13 weeks I went to the ER and they couldn't find the heartbeat on the Doppler but did on the ultrasound. I haven't had miscarriages so personally I can't give any experienced advice, however I had cramping around that time (which is why I went to the ER) and they said it was totally normal. Most likely from dehydration, moving too much/fast, or even early Braxton hicks. Worrying only makes it worse! I wish you the best of luck and hope for the best. 😊
