The hospital I go to just started offering nitrous oxide also known as 'gas and air', for pain relief during labor. Have any of you had it? What was your experience with it? I'm curious what it would be like as I've never had gas before, not even at the dentist office. I had an epidural at hr 17 of labor with my little girl, but don't really want to do an epidural again.
