Miscarriage?

I've had light on and off bleeding... Not at all constant, quite erratic. I've had a few tiny spots which look like clots? But I mean smaller than pea sized.. No pain or cramping.  This is my first pregnancy and I'm 12 weeks along, but I'm kind of freaking out.

Thank you for the info and well wishes ladies, i called my doctor, he doesn't think it's anything to worry about but I could go to the hospital to ease my mind. I think that's what I'm going to do.

I'd get check just so you know. I've had four miscarriages and one of them started like this and the only real bleeding is when i passed everything than nothing. But everyone is different.

Is it filling up a pad every hour ?

It could be nothing but I would get checked out just to be sure. Hope everything is ok.

This happened to me and my doctor said of its not bright red and the clots aren't the size of a quarter or bigger it's nothing to worry about

Doesn't sound like one. Spotting and cramping is normal. Unless it's bright red with cramps it's usually nothing to worry about but it doesn't hurt to call n tell your Dr
