Cramps they aren't to bad but I have had the cramps on and off since about week 4 And I went to the er at 6weeks because I had sharp pain in my lower left abdomen and found out I had an ovarian cysts. But is it normal to cramp? My baby is healthy and strong heart beat and growing just as it should
