Heart Palpitations?

I'm 20 weeks +1 with my second child and I'm starting to have heart palpitations. I've had them once before due to an anxiety disorder that I developed so I know what they feel like. This time I feel very short of breath afterward. I have an appointment this Friday so I'm hoping I can just hold off and talk to my doctor then but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem while pregnant.
