What does a low , soft , open cervix mean ?

My cervix is low , soft , & open .. Is this a description of a pregnant cervix ? (Ttc)

Your cervix needs to be closed while pregnant, it can be soft since there is more blood flow. From what my doctor has told me if my cervix is medium/soft to the touch, in a high or medium position and closed it could mean pregnancy. Hope this helps (:
