Ovulation test beginner...Help!

My first post here...tried to post but think its disappeared somewhere.

I'm totally new to ovulation tests. I've just taken my first one but am confused about reading them as the instructions I got are a bit basic.

Two pink lines is meant to mean ovulating and one means I'm not. One dark line and one faded line means I'm not but the one I've just done had one dark line and one that was just a little bit lighter...the examples on the instructions had the negative test as either one line or one dark line and one very faint line....nothing saying what it means if the lines are very nearly the same colour but not quite.

Could it mean I'm about to ovulate?

The app has my green days as starting tomorrow but I bought a big pack of tests incase I'm ovulating earlier/later than the apps predicted.

Any of you had a result like that?
