Glow Notifications

I got a notification from Glow saying that May 18 is an important day in my cycle. I needed to click the notification to find out why but when I did it just brought me to the home page. How can I find out about these tips/info it gives me a notification about? I have checked everywhere on the app to try to find out where it would have the description but it can't be found.
