Congestion?

Anyone have suggestions for insane congestion?  I'm mouth breathing all day and all night. My lips are chapped and my head feels so swollen. I can't breathe!

Humidifier, take hot showers, breathe right strips on the nose, eucalyptus and peppermint oil, saline nasal spray. I've done all of the above and it helps but doesn't completely improve. Good luck!

Yes! I have allergies though, so I think that is what mine are coming from- I'm going through breathe right strips like crazy! Lol

I've heard really good about flushing nose out with sterile water and eucalyptus oil. Like a metro pot with eucalyptus oil drops in it. I e heard it works instantly bit haven't tried it myself
