Breasts feel so engorged.
It's like they swelled over night from Friday to Saturday. Now today they are fuller and just ache so bad. I've been leaking a little here and there. I'm only 16w and 5d and not sure what to do. This is my 4th baby but first time I've noticed this. #Ouch
