Take home outfit size?

What size is everyone getting for take home outfits? I'm getting my daughter something special that she'll probably only wear once then maybe I'll shadow box it or won't have her wear it again for sentimental reason so I'm not worried about her growing out of it quickly. What I'm worried about is it not fitting her at all. If I get her nb and she's a lb or two too big will it stretch or should I go with 0-3 to be safe? As of right now she's measuring right on time and my dr said not to worry about her being big but my sister and I were both over 8lbs and her dad was nearly 11 😱
