If he hits things... He really wants to hit you

I've seen this a lot (just google signs of an abuser), where articles (or tumblr) will say if a man gets violent towards objects - like throwing things or punching walls, then he's likely to be violent towards you (or simply refraining from it, but it's still a sign that he's violent/abusive).
