FTM at 39+3 with no signs of anything

I'm worried a bit cause nothing is happening to show that I may go into labor anytime. Nothing. I've tried everything, kinda. Ate spicy foods, been having sex, been doing a lot of walking or moving around in general cause I keep cleaning my house! Every time I go for my weekly check ups they just check on the heart rate and measure me and that's it! I'm kinda worried that I won't know I'm going into labor! Only because I've had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in the past and didn't feel a thing! Went in for a normal ultrasound and they found my tube had ruptured and I was bleeding internally and they rushed me in for an emergency surgery. So now that I'm pregnant at 39+3 I'm worried I won't feel the contractions. I haven't noticed if I've lost my mucus plug either and I've been checking the toilet every time! I may have a high tolerance for pain...?!
