Question about prenatal vitamin!!?

So I'm about 9 weeks pregnant, and I just had my first ever morning sickness, I was eating my breakfast and I took my prenatal! Mind you I am at work and I had do take care of my first client of the day. I could feel myself getting sick but I held it in until I was done with his haircut. I went to the bathroom and threw up.

Should I take my prenatal again or no??

Start taking your prenatal right before you go to bed, so if you do get sick in the morning your body has already absorbed it. You will be fine not taking it for one day

I was told by my midwife that the prenatal vitamin was making me sick and she said stop talking them. I now am waiting for my liquid ones to come in.

Omg I just took one for the first time this morning as well. I had a customer who smelled quiet badly and I had to run to the bathroom to vomit. It wS horrible. I was told to take it at night too.

Make sure to have crackers or something in your stomach and water when you take it so it absorbs it too and not just absorbing in your stomach acid
