Tmi ? 🤔

I got up this morning and felt wet down there thinkin it was just sweat (gross I know) I go about my day eat breakfast instantly get sick not throwing up just the feeling of going to and have the worst heartburn ever! I've had diarrhea all day could this be the start of things? I've heard the body cleanses its self before labor. I'm 39+5  I have back pain that's been there since lastnight.
