Clear liquid when I pulled my tampon?!?

This morning when I pulled my tampon about half a cup of clear liquid came out idk what could it be? Or why?

I get that when my boyfriend and I have been fooling around and I go to remove my tampon before sex

It was probly just normal discharge i get that when im close to ending my period or if i change my tampon too frequent (i worked at walmart and would change it after i clocked out for lunch and right before i clocked back in) and my lunches were and hour long
