Pregnant right off the pill

Any one who has ever gotten pregnant directly off the pill how accurate was your due date going by the first day of your last period? I got my usual pill period wanted to take a Month break from the pill and never got my normal non pill period. When you got pregnant right off the pill how far off was your estimated due date? My first appointment isn't for another 2.5 weeks.
