I live in NC and was listening to the radio this morning. The guy was talking about how he moved his son out into the garage with just a space heater and blanket as a punishment. He said the reasoning is because it is "half way in the house and half way out" to show him if he keeps behaving badly, he is on his way out of the home. And from that point forward, his choices result in which way he goes. It was specified he was a younger teenager. He then spent the week in the garage to show him to appreciate having a home and parents.

Is this abuse? Would you do it? Thoughts?
