Help! Super early first trimester. Super stuffed up with a headache. Any safe remedies for me? 😷😷😷🤒🤒🤒

Saline and hot/cold compresses. There's not too much out there for congestion that's safe. I used to but a little Vicks vapo-rub on my chest to help me sleep but I'm not even sure if that was alright, I was just desperate. Good luck to you!
