Running while pregnant!
I have ran every other day for most of mylife. Took a month off when I m/c but started up the day before I found out I was pregnant. I worked out with my first no issues but this time I seem to have shin splints... Is that because I'm pregnant? Never had them before so I am not sure how I got them. I have supportive shoes, correct socks and run properly. If anything I have a race Saturday and I need to get these shin splint gone at least for the next 3 days... Any ideas?
