Can you drink alcohol on azythromycin/z packs?

Dr. Google says it doesn't affect the medicine working, but it could cause a higher risk of liver damage to drink while taking it.

It won't affect the antibiotics but it adds some scary side effects, including a much higher risk of liver damage, so I wouldn't risk it.

I've always been told it will affect or weaken the medicine.
