How protected is my baby?

Just curious. How safe is my baby in my belly? I'm just 14 weeks. I lay on my belly.

Well protected. Well enough that a dog can pounce on ur belly with his front legs and the baby is just fine. 
U can lay on ur tummy for as long as ur comfortable with.  The baby and ur own body,  will tell u when u should should no longer sleep on ur belly. .. by means of making it impossible due to the uncomfortable feeling u will get. Enjoy it as much as u can. .. I was no longer able to take the uncomfortable feeling/pain, from attempting to sleep on my belly at around 15 weeks.

Very! My best friend tripped over a baby gate and fell on her kitchen floor when she was pregnant with her first. Of course she was freaked out but her doctor told her that she would have to be very hurt in order for baby to be hurt. So if you are okay, baby most likely is too!
