Gender Reveal?

Question

I go for my second ultrasound a week from today to find out the gender. Any tips to make sure my baby is active enough to confirm a gender, but not too active so that my technician can get accurate measurements? I'm extremely sensitive to caffeine so I don't wanna get all sugared up before the ultrasound. Is there anything else I can do?

Make sure you eat and drink lots of water, I made sure I ate a good full meal like 1-2 hours before and made sure I drank quite a bit of water it took them a little bit bcuz he kept moving when they were getting measurements  but we found out right away what the sex was. :)

Something really cold beforehand is a good idea. I had some ice water, and strawberry milk before my scan (:
