I saw blood..

Last night about midnight I got up to go pee, well, when I wiped, there was some blood. Not alot, just a little red.. so I called the hospital, didn't know what to do and they said if it gets worse or feel pain come in. I feel no pains. A while later I go back to the bathroom & no blood!

I'm 25 weeks, and from reading some stuff on google, it seems like this stuff happens?
