Swim/ aquatic yoga!!!
I got medical permission to join an aquatic yoga class for pre/postnatal, seniors and those needing lighter workouts. It was AWESOME. Very empowering to be in an environment where no one was focused on my bump (the pool - we all look the same underwater!). PLUS I feel so energized and swear I'm less bloated. I'm 22wks. Would highly recommend a water routine if your medical team approves.
