Shayleigh Lynn was born extremely quickly! I woke up at 2:00AM on May 18, with extremely intense contractions. My husband was working, so I called him and he arrived home 15 minutes later, which felt like a lifetime! We drove to our hospital which was 40 minutes away, speeding the entire way. We made it there in 25 minutes, and luckily did not get pulled over. After having nurses wheel me up to labor and delivery, she was born 10 minutes later! No medication, and a total labor time of 1 hour and 10 minutes, I'd say it was a record breaking delivery!! And to top it off, Shayleigh came out weighing a whopping 10lbs 10oz, and 21inches long! We are so happy, and so blessed to have our 3rd child, and she is happy and healthy!
