Colic
I was told yesterday my one month old has colic. I don't know what to do because he is so uncomfortable, anyway I can help smooth his tummy more? Foods I should be eating or shouldn't be eating? He is having a hard time pooping. I can tell he dosent feel good at all I hate to see him this way I just don't know how to make it less uncomfortable or if it's my milk.
