Waking baby to feed?

I'm having a really hard time getting baby to wake up and feed. She would rather sleep.

When we were in the hospital at night they would give her formula because she would take it and had it fast with the Bottle. My milk hasn't come in and I'm worried she's not getting enough but she basically gets lazy about it and doesn't want to do the work to get the colostrum out. Any tips?

Unswaddling and undressing her doesn't work. And neither does changing ber diaper

I just feed when he wants to.  I'm not waking a sleeping baby.  As long as he's healthy

I did not wake my daughter for feedings and she was perfectly healthy and on track with her weight. I allowed her to sleep and eat when she wanted and we ended up creating the perfect sleeping and eating schedule together

Use a wet washcloth. If warm doesn't work, try cold. It'll make her uncomfortable and wake her up. If she's not underweight, why bother waking her?

Rub the babies feet. And try to feed more often durring the day like every 2-3 hours and let the baby sleep at night. I would wake my baby about every 2 hours durring the day and feed her and let her sleep through  the night. That way you don't have to worry about baby not getting enough or getting used to night feedings.

Some babies are not screamers when hungry the less they eat the less energy the have and the more they sleep.

I'm kinda in the same boat. My little guy will be two weeks tomorrow. I gave him a little formula the day he came home and that was it. I only let him eat from me now. My milk has been in he's just super lazy. Hasn't been gaining like he supposed to do doc said try feeding more often but less time. He has been eating better the last few days since we started that. Now he's eating every 3-4 hours instead of 5-6 hours.
